Lindsay Wagner Supporting UK Carers |
While Lindsay Wagner was working as one of the most popular actors on International television, she was simultaneously pursuing a vigorous study about healing and its relationship to the expansion of human potential. From this she has developed her 'Quiet the Mind, Open the Heart' workshops. “ The programs have developed out of my personal experience and many years of studying both Western and Eastern modalities. ‘Quiet the Mind & Open the Heart' workshops are designed to do just that. When the mind is more quiet, contrary to what one might think, we become focused and effective, more patient and creative. As we become content and happy within ourselves, we more naturally enjoy being with others”. Late last year Lindsay came to England to introduce her workshops to these shores, some of these were set up specifically for carers. Lindsay also held an inspiring session especially for siblings of children with special needs. Although these workshops are now completed, they have been so successful with carers that Lindsay will be returning this spring/summer to facilitate further workshops in other parts of the UK. Please visit www.lindsaywagnerinternational.com for details of all of Lindsay's workshops in the UK, including special events for carers, young carers and siblings of children with special needs, or email karen13@ntlworld.com. |
